We Have Closed!!
On Friday we finally closed on the land! Below are some pictures from yesterday.

Congratulations on the closing!! What a great feeling it must be to be standing on your own land now!!
Thanks Dawn for putting up the pictures on the blog site this morning. The building site is beautiful!! We can't wait to see it in person.
Conrad, when the bull dozer is there, you might want to have him put a small flat area off the beginning of the driveway near the road for the motorhome. That way when we come in April, we can park on the land. You might have to put a load of gravel on it so it's a good solid base.....the rig is pretty heavy and doesn't do mud or rough ground very well. If so, let me know and I'll pay for the load of gravel. That would also give you a nice graveled flat area near the road as a parking/staging area for your building supplies that get delivered during the winter.....so they're not sitting in mud.
